Nurses are available to answer your calls between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm.
With the arrival of "sick" season, we are experiencing high phone call volume.
Phones are answered in the order called. Do not hang up and call again or you will lose your place in line.
We will continue to do our best to answer your calls in a reasonable amount of time. The wait can be longer early in t he morning, in the evening and on the weekend because there are fewer nurses available to answer calls at those times.
To reduce your chance of an extended wait on the phone, consider calling our office with non urgent questions in the late morning or afternnoon when there are more nurses available to serve you.
