Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, UHC, Crescent, MedCost, Humana, Primary Physician Care.
There are many insurance companies encompassed by Crescent and Medcost Preferred. Please contact our billing department to help verify eligibility if you are unsure.

It is the family's responsibility to know your insurance benefits. In this everchanging Health Insurance environment, many services may not be covered. Some common non covered services are the $40.00 after hours charge, the $15.00 developmental screen, the vision and hearing testing. It is up to you to find out the specifics of your insurance coverage.
The after hours fee is charged on weekends and after 5:00 pm on Weekdays.
We charge $12.00 per child or a maximum of $15.00 per family for medical records.
Payment is due at time of service. We will bill your insurance as a courtesy to you.
You may download our Financial Agreement on the "Your First Visit page". Please print and sign and bring the copy with you to your visit.
We offer a 25% discount if you are self pay and pay at the time of service.
We want everyone who visits ABC to be informed of all our policies so that you have a good visit with the doctor and know exactly what to expect.
